Chad has been with the firm for over 24 years. He specializes in performing business valuation services for estate and gift tax purposes, litigation, and purchasing and selling businesses. He performs succession planning to help clients determine future ownership, leadership and management. Chad performs financial projections and forecasts as well as strategic planning for a variety of clients. To share his expertise, Chad has presented for the Prairie Family Business Association, the Red River Estate Planning Council and various other organizations.

When working with Chad, clients can expect an advisor that will help them through various stages of their business. Not only does he play an integral part in the early stages to understand value and proper capitalization, Chad stands by businesses as they mature. By being a part of all stages of business development, he increases value and develops strategies for growth and risk management.

When he's not working, Chad utilizes his business and accounting background to help nonprofit organizations, such as the FMWF Chamber, Cass Clay United Way, and the UND Advisory Council. In his free time, Chad enjoys golf, hiking and running.
